All of our products are custom made and are not printed in advance of your order, please utilize the Size Chart on the product page before purchasing your item(s) to ensure your item(s) will fit correctly. Any requests for an exchange in sizing must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item(s), please note in this situation customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To report a claim please email us at Info@serioholics.com and provide us with as much detail as possible including your order number, reason for claim and any photographic evidence.
